As a mover-driver you take our lorry out to customers across Belgium and Europe. Together with the team you make sure every move runs smoothly and safely: loading and unloading, (dis)assembling furniture and packing and unpacking goods.

- Packing and unpacking goods and (dis)assembling the furniture. To keep damage to a minimum you protect both buildings and goods, always in an ergonomically sound way. Beyond their material value, goods often carry a strong emotional or professional value, so customers rightly expect a professional approach.
- Delivering the goods and materials to the customer. You collect the goods and deliver them safely between the old and the new address.
Profile
- You hold a category C or CE driving licence.
- Experience in the removals or furniture sector is a plus.
- You communicate easily with customers, your employer and colleagues.
- You are flexible about your working hours: sometimes starting a little earlier or finishing a little later.
Job-related skills
- Protecting the building against damage (interior lift, door frames, floors, windows, stairs, narrow passages, glass doors).
- Unpacking and putting away the items that have been moved.
- Checking the condition of the items and furniture, reporting any issues to the customer and packing each item according to its characteristics.
- Choosing and bringing along the removal equipment to suit the job.
- Moving specific items: fragile and valuable items such as works of art and antique furniture.
- Arranging and securing the items to be moved in a vehicle or transport crate.
- Dismantling, assembling and installing furniture or machinery as required.
- Moving the furniture and boxes between the location and the vehicle.
